MOTION: Rep. Pace moved to approve the minutes of the February 20, 2003 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Aagard, Rep. Bowman, Rep. Hendrickson, and Rep. Newbold absent for the vote.
H.B. 304 Bond Election Dates (J. M. Philpot)
Rep. Philpot introduced H.B. 304 and introduced it to the committee.

MOTION: Rep. Hutchings moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion failed with Rep. Bush, Rep. Hutchings, and Rep. Ferrin voting in favor of the motion.
