Chair Bowman called the meeting to order at 8:10 a.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Wallace moved to approve the minutes of the February 20, 2003 meeting. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Harper, Rep. Litvak, and Rep. Morley absent for the vote.

MOTION:    Rep. Dee moved to amend the bill as follows:

MOTION:    Rep. Jones moved to pass the bill out favorably as amended. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Harper, Rep. Litvak, and Rep. Morley absent for the vote.
