Representative Urquhart called the meeting to order at 4:50 p.m. and called for a motion to approved the minutes of February 13 and February 17, 2003.
MOTION: Representative McCartney moved to approve the minutes of February 13 and February 17, 2003. The motion passed unanimously with Representatives Allen, Noel, Snow, and Ure absent for the vote.
H.B. 125 Legislative Approval of State or Regional Haze Implementation Plan (C. Bennion)
MOTION: Representative Bennion moved to delete H.B. 125 and replace it with 1st substitute H.B. 125. The motion passed unanimously with Representatives Allen, Noel, Snow, and Ure absent for the vote.
The sponsor introduced the substitute bill and explained its intent to the committee.
