Chair Hellewell announced that S.B. 113 and S.B. 114 will not be discussed today.
MOTION: Sen. Bramble moved to adopt the minutes of January 28, 2003.
The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Mayne absent for the vote.
1. 1st Sub. S.B. 91 Funeral Services Amendments (D. Gladwell)
MOTION: Sen. Eastman moved to adopt 2nd Sub. S.B. 91.
The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Mayne absent for the vote.
Sen. Gladwell explained the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Bramble moved to pass the bill out favorably.
The motion passed unanimously.
2. S.B. 77 Independent Escrow Agents Amendments (T. Hatch)
Sen. Hatch explained the bill.
Al Newman, Metro National Title, spoke to the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Bramble moved to go to the next item on the agenda.
The motion passed unanimously.

3. S.B. 111 Process Servers (M. Waddoups)
Mark Jones, District Court Administrator proposed the following amendment:
Page 1, Line 25: Delete bench and insert arrest
MOTION: Sen. Mayne moved to adopt the amendment.

Joe Reardon, private investigator, spoke to the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Mayne moved to pass the bill out favorably as amended.
