1. SCR 7 RESOLUTION SUPPORTING ORGAN DONATION (Sen. Karen Hale)
Sen. Hale presented the bill to the committee.
Jeannene Bardow, Quest for Gift of Life, spoke to the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Julander moved to pass SCR 7 out of committee with a favorable recommendation.
The motion passed unanimously with Sen. B. Evans absent at the time of the vote.

2. S.B. 208 WARRANT FOR REMOVAL OF MINOR FROM HOME (Sen. B. Wright)
MOTION: Sen. Knudson moved to adopt 2nd Sub S.B. 208
