The meeting was called to order by Chair Evans at 9:10 a.m.
1. H.B. 198 Expansion of Access to Fish and Game Opportunities (S. Clark)
Rep. Stephen D. Clark presented the bill. Marty Bushman, Assistant Attorney General for the Division of Wildlife Resources spoke in support.
MOTION: Sen. Hatch moved to pass H.B. 198 Expansion of Access to Fish and Game Opportunities (S. Clark) out with a favorable recommendation.
The motion passed unanimously.
2. H.B. 202 Utah Energy Office Amendments (S. Urquhart)
Rep. Stephen H. Urquhart presented the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Hellewell moved to pass H.B. 202 Utah Energy Office Amendments (S. Urquhart) out with a favorable recommendation.
The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Sen. Julander moved to approve the minutes of 2-05-03. The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Sen. Julander moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
