Chair Thomas called the meeting to order at 4:50 p.m.
MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved to approve the minutes of February 20, 2003.
The motion passed unanimously.
1. S.B. 227 Fee Increase (J. Hickman)
Sen. Hickman presented the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved to accept the following amendments to S.B. 227:
1. Page 2, Line 44: Delete "$1" and insert "$11"
The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved to pass S.B. 227, as amended, out of committee with a favorable recommendation.
The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Sen. Hatch moved to adjourn the meeting.
The motion passed unanimously.
Chair Thomas adjourned the meeting at 5:00 p.m.
