General Description:
This bill modifies provisions of the Public Utilities Code related to industrial electric
infrastructure.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
Section 1. Repealer.
This bill repeals:

Section 54-16-101, Title.
Section 54-16-102, Definitions.
Section 54-16-201, Classifying an expense as a covered expense.
Section 54-16-202, Eligible customer.
Section 54-16-203, Infrastructure agreement -- Electric services contract.
Section 54-16-301, Covered expenses to be recovered by customers in the state.
Section 54-16-302, Accounting treatment of covered expenses.
