LONG TITLE
General Description:
This bill modifies provisions of the Commerce and Trade Code dealing with unsolicited
commercial and sexually explicit email.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:

Section 13-36-103, Unsolicited commercial or sexually explicit email --
Requirements.
Section 13-36-104, Criminal penalty.
Section 13-36-105, Civil action for violation -- Election on damages -- Costs and
attorney fees -- Defense.
