             8      General Description:
             9          This joint resolution of the Legislature reappoints the Legislative Fiscal Analyst.
             10      Highlighted Provisions:
             11          This resolution:
             12          .    reappoints John E. Massey as Legislative Fiscal Analyst for a six-year term.
             13      Special Clauses:
             14          None
             15     
             16      Be it resolved by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             17          WHEREAS, as provided in Utah Code Annotated Subsection 36-12-7 (3), the
             18      Legislative Management Committee has recommended the reappointment of John E. Massey as
             19      Legislative Fiscal Analyst for the Legislature; and
             20          WHEREAS, the reappointment of John E. Massey as Legislative Fiscal Analyst for the
             21      Legislature for a term of office of six years commencing August 1, 2004, is subject by statute
             22      to the further approval of a majority vote of both the Senate and the House of Representatives:
             23          NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Legislature of the state of Utah that
             24      John E. Massey's reappointment as Legislative Fiscal Analyst for the Legislature is approved
             25      for a six-year term of office commencing August 1, 2004.
