Rep. Urquart called the meeting to order at 9:05 a.m.
H.B. 49 Natural Gas Technician Certification (Rep. G. Snow)
Representative Snow introduced the bill and explained its intent.
John Hill, Executive Director, Rocky Mountain Gas Association addressed questions from the committee. W. Ray Walker, Department of Public Utilities spoke in favor of the bill.
MOTION: Representative Bennion moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Representatives Allen, Curtis, Styler and Ure absent for the vote.
MOTION: Representative Bennion moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 9:20 a.m.
