MOTION: Representative Bennion moved to approve the minutes of February 13, 2004. The motion passed unanimously with Representatives Becker, Curtis, Styler, and Ure absent for the vote.

The original motion to pass the bill out favorably passed 10-1-1, with Representative Becker voting against the motion and Representative Curtis absent for the vote.
