Chairman David Clark called the meeting to order at 12:22 p.m.
MOTION: Rep. Anderson moved to approve the minutes of February 16, 2004. The motion
passed unanimously with Representative Newbold absent for the vote.
Chairman Clark relinquished the chair to Vice Chair Hardy at 12:22 p.m.
H.B. 367 Participation Allowed in State Employee Insurance System (Rep. D. Clark)
Chairman Clark explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Representative Ferrin moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.
Chairman Clark resumed the chair at 12:35 p.m.

MOTION: Representative Ferrin moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Representative Anderson moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.
