    Chair Cox called the meeting to order at 4:07 p.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Mascaro moved to approve the minutes of January 30, 2004. The motion         passed unanimously with Rep. Morgan and Rep. Shurtliff absent for the vote.

H.J.R. 13    Clog America Resolution (Rep. B. Goodfellow)

    Rep. Goodfellow introduced the resolution which recognizes Utah's "Clog America" International Festival Ensemble as Ambassadors of Peace and Friendship to the World. He was assisted by Dr. Don Carpenter, Executive Assistant to the Commissioner of Higher Education.

    Rep. Wallace declared a conflict of interest.

MOTION:    Rep. Wallace moved to pass the resolution out favorably. The motion passed         unanimously.

MOTION:    Rep. Love moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.

    Chair Cox adjourned the meeting at 4:12 p.m.
