Chair Cox called the meeting to order at 9:05 a.m.
MOTION: Rep. Wallace moved to approve the minutes of February 6, 2004. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Mascaro absent for the vote.
1st Sub S.J.R. 5 Resolution Urging Congress to Address Citizen Children of Undocumented Parents (Sen. G. Davis)
Sen. Gene Davis introduced 1st Substitute S.J.R. 5. Committee discussion followed.
MOTION: Rep. Goodfellow moved to pass the resolution out favorably. Rep. Hughes expressed opposition. The motion passed with Rep. Hughes, Rep. Love, and Rep. Wallace voting in opposition.
MOTION: Rep. Goodfellow moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.
Chair Cox adjourned the meeting at 9:22 a.m.
