Rep. S. Clark called the meeting to order at 4:51 p.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Hansen moved to approve the minutes of the February 16, 2005 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Reps. Biskupski, Morley, Oda, and Wyatt absent for the vote.

S.B. 157    Utah Consumer Credit Code Amendments (Sen. P. Knudson)

Sen. Knudson explained the bill assisted by Douglas Foxley, Utah Association of Financial Services.

Sen. Knudson explained the bill assisted by Douglas Foxley, Utah Association of Financial Services.

MOTION:    Rep. Duckworth moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Morley absent for the vote.
