MOTION: Rep. Litvack moved to approve the minutes of the February 11, 2005 meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
H.B. 310 Aging and Adult Services Program Amendments (Rep. E. Hutchings)
H.B. 310 was not considered at this meeting.
S.B. 50 Controlled Substance Amendments (Sen. P. Arent)
Sen. Arent presented S.B. 50 to the committee, assisted by Laura Poe, Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing.

MOTION: Rep. Jones moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed with Rep. Buxton and Rep. Ray voting in opposition to the motion. Rep. Lockhart and Rep. Last were absent for the vote.
