H.B. 164 Repeal of Utah Personal Introduction Services Protection Act (Rep. S. Allen)
Rep. Allen introduced the bill with the assistance of Francine A. Giani, Director, Division of Consumer Protection, Department of Commerce.
MOTION: Rep. Jones moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.
H.B. 49 Bicycle Safety Provisions (Rep. R. McGee)
Rep. McGee introduced the bill with the assistance of Dr. John Weis, University of Utah.
MOTION: Rep. L. Christensen moved to amend the bill.
