Rep. Morley called the meeting to order at 9:06 a.m.

MOTION:     Rep. Bourdeaux moved to approve the minutes of January 25, 2005. The motion         passed unanimously with Rep. Bowman, Rep. Christensen, Rep. Jones, and Rep.         Urquhart absent for the vote.

H.B. 68    Motor Vehicle Enforcement Division Amendments (Rep. P. Ray)

Rep. Ray explained the bill with the assistance of Wayne Jones, Executive Director, Independent Auto Association.

Spoke to the bill:    Mr. Rod Marrelli, Executive Director, State Tax Commission.

MOTION:    Rep. Bourdeaux moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed with         Rep. Christensen, Rep. Kiser and Rep. Morley voting in opposition to the motion.

MOTION:    Rep. Jones moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously. Rep. Morley         adjourned the meeting at 9:39 a.m.
