Rep. Bowman called the meeting to order at 8:32 a.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Ray moved to approve the minutes of February 10, 2005. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Bourdeaux, Rep. Jones, and Rep. Urquhart absent for the vote.

H.C.R. 14    Concurrent Resolution Honoring America's Military War Dogs (Rep. S. Mascaro)

Rep. Mascaro presented the bill with the assistance of Mr. Randy Knight, State Adjunct, American Legion.

MOTION:    Rep. Litvack moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Bourdeaux, and Rep. Urquhart absent for the vote.

MOTION:    Rep. Litvack moved to place H.C. R. 14 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Bourdeaux, and Rep. Urquhart absent for the vote.




1st Substitute H.B. 219    Traffic Enforcement Amendments (Rep. R. McGee)

Rep. McGee presented the bill.

Sen. Hillyard presented the bill.

MOTION:    Rep. Morley moved to adjourn. The motion passed uananimously Rep. Bowman adjourned the meeting at 9:45 a.m.
