Rep. Dee called the meeting to order at 9:04 a.m.
Motion: Rep. Buxton moved to approve the minutes of January 19, 2005. The motion passed unanimously.
H.B. 40 Repeal of Sunset of Township Provision (Rep. M. S. Lawrence)
Rep. Lawrence introduced H.B. 40 and explained it to the committee. She was assisted by Kara Trevino, Salt Lake County.
