Rep. Walker with the help of Candace Daly, Utah Association of Collectors, introduced the bill and explained it to the committee.
MOTION: Rep. Fisher moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Becker, Rep. King, and Rep. Shurtliff absent for the vote.

Rep. Clark introduced the bill and explained it to the committee.

Dee voting yes, and Rep. Buxton, Rep. Fisher, Rep. Gibson, Rep. Hardy, and Rep. Lawrence voting no, with Rep. Becker, Rep. King, and Rep. Shurtliff absent for the vote.
