Representative Hunsaker called the meeting to order at 8:18 a.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Wheeler moved approve the minutes of February 18,2005. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Daw, Rep. Noel, Rep. Tilton, and Rep. Ure absent for the vote.

1st Sub. H.B. 260    Amendments Related to Pornographic and Harmful Materials
(Rep. J. Dougall)

Rep. Dougall introduced the bill with the assistance of:
            Frasier Bullock, Citizens Against Pornography
         Shelly DeFreiz, Citizens for Decency
            Dan Olsen, Professor of Computer Science.

MOTION:    Rep. Allen moved to delete in title and body H.B. 260, and replace it with 1st Substitute H.B. 260. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Ure absent for the vote.

Spoke to the bill:    Kent Millington, Self/Web Hosting Company

MOTION:    Rep. Daw moved to pass 1st Substitute H. B. 260 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.



MOTION:    Rep. Ure moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously. Rep. Hunsaker adjourned the meeting at 9:05 a.m.
