Rep. Michael Morley called the meeting to order at 12:35 p.m.

1.    H.B. 173    State Employee Amendments (Rep. A. Hardy)

Rep. Hardy explained the bill to the committee with the assistance of Conroy Whipple, Department of Human Resource Management.

MOTION:    Rep. Hansen moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:    Rep. Hardy moved that H.B. 173 be placed on the consent calendar. The motion passed unanimously.

2.    H.B. 180    Retirement Office Amendments (Rep. A. Hardy)

Rep. Hardy explained the bill to the committee with the assistance of Dan Andersen, Counsel, Utah Retirement Systems





MOTION:    Rep. Morgan moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:    Rep. Morgan moved that H.B. 180 be placed on the consent calendar. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:    Rep. Lockhart moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously and the Chair adjourned the meeting at 12:47 p.m.
