Rep. Adams called the meeting to order at 2:07 p.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Morgan moved to approve the minutes of the January 19, 2005 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Adams absent for the vote.

S.C.R. 1    Resolution Encouraging Managed Lanes Study (Sen. C. Walker)

Senator Walker explained S.C.R. 1 to the committee.

MOTION:    Rep. Dee moved to pass S.C.R. 1 out favorably. The motion passed              unanimously.

H.C.R. 2    Cowboy Hall of Fame Resolution (Rep. L. Shurtliff)

Rep. Shurtliff explained H.C.R. 2 to the committee. Wynn Covieo, Chairman of the Ogden Pioneer Heritage Foundation, assisted with the presentation.

MOTION:        Rep. Dunnigan moved to pass H.C.R. 2 out favorably. The motion passed         unanimously with Rep Dougall and Rep. Adams absent for the vote.


MOTION:        Rep. Gibson moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously with         Rep. Dougall and Rep. Adams absent for the vote.
