Rep. Cox called the meeting to order at 9:04 a.m.

MOTION:     Rep. Wallace moved to approve the minutes of the January 19, 2005 meeting.         The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Goodfellow, Rep. Masacro,              and Rep. Morgan absent for the vote.

H.C.R. 8     Resolution Recognizing Utah Manufacturers Association (Rep. J. Alexander)

Rep. Alexander introduced the bill.

Spoke for the bill:    Tom Bingham, President, Utah Manufacturers Association.
            David Litvin President, Utah Mining Association.

MOTION:    Rep. Barrus moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed              unanimously.

H.B. 17    Motion Picture Incentive Fund (S. Allen)

Rep. Allen introduced the bill, with the assistance of Leigh von der Esch, Director, Utah Film Commission.
