Rep. Cox called the meeting to order at 3:06 p.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Mascaro moved to pass the minutes of the January 26, 2005 meeting. The motion passed unanimously.

S.B. 35    Venture Capital Funding Amendments (Sen. D. Thomas)

Sen Thomas explained the bill.

MOTION:    Rep. Morgan moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:    Rep. Morgan moved that S.B. 35 be placed on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:    Rep. Wallace moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.

Rep. Cox adjourned the meeting at 3:10 p.m.
