Rep. Cox called the meeting to order at 8:33 a.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Wallace moved to approve the minutes of the February 4, 2005 meeting. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Goodfellow, Rep. Morgan, and Rep. Mascaro absent for the vote.

H.B. 116    Private Activity Bond Amendments (Rep. D. Clark)

Rep. D. Clark explained the bill with the assistance of Craig Peterson, Utah Manufacturing Extension Partnership.

Rep. Barrus declared a conflict of interest.

Spoke for the bill:    Martin Fry, Co-Director, Business and Economic Development

MOTION:    Rep. Goodfellow moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Mascaro absent for the vote.

Rep. Ure explained the bill.
