1. S.B. 80 Special Services Districts - Service Expansion (M. Dmitrich)
The bill was not heard.
2. S.B. 106 Utah Religious Land Use Act (D. Thomas)
Sen. Thomas explained the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Hale moved to adopt 1st Substitute S.B. 106.
The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Davis absent for the vote.
Lynn Pace, Deputy City Attorney, Salt Lake City Corp. spoke in support of the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Hale moved to pass 1st Substitute S.B. 106 out of committee with a favorable recommendation.

3. S.B. 44 Government Records Amendments (C. Walker)
Sen. Walker asked that the bill be substituted. She explained the substitute bill.
