Committee Chair Hellewell called the meeting to order at 8:35 a.m.
MOTION: Sen. Hickman moved to approve the minutes of the February 9, 2005 meeting.
The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Christensen, Sen. Davis, and Sen. Hale absent for the vote.
1. S.C.R. 10 Concurrent Resolution Honoring Utah Foundation (L.A. Mansell)
Sen. Hellewell explained the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Hickman moved to pass the bill with a favorable recommendation.
The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Christensen, Sen. Davis, and Sen. Hale absent for the vote.
2. S.B. 191 Political Subdivisions - Truth in Government Competition (R. Allen)
Sen. Allen explained the bill.
