MOTION: Sen. Allen moved to approve the minutes of January 31, 2005.

1. S.B. 19 Disease Testing of Individuals Exposed to Blood Borne Pathogens
(P. Julander)
Sen. Arent explained an amendment to clarify the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Allen moved to adopt the amendment with a favorable recommendation.
Sen. Arent asked Teresa Garrett, Director, Environmental and Laboratory Services (ELS), Department of Health, to explain the bill.
