MOTION: Sen. Bell moved to approve the minutes of February 14, 2005.
The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Allen, Sen. Dmitrich, and Sen. Valentine absent for the vote.
1. S.B. 189 PROPERTY TAX - CERTIFIED TAX RATE ADJUSTMENT (Sen. G. Bell)
MOTION: Sen. Bell moved to return S.B. 189 back to the committee.
The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Allen, Sen. Dmitrich, and Sen. Valentine absent for the vote.
2. S.B. 227 PUBLIC SAFETY DRIVING PRIVILEGE AND IDENTIFICATION CARD AMENDMENTS (Sen. C. Bramble)
