Chair Walker called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m.
MOTION: Sen. Knudson moved to accept the minutes of January 18, 2005.
The motion passed unanimously.
1. SJR 6 Space Exploration Resolution (Sen. P. Knudson)
Sen. Knudson presented the resolution.
MOTION: Sen. Madsen moved to pass SJR 6 out of committee with a favorable recommendation.
The motion passed unanimously.
2. HB 176 Revisor's Statute (R. Lockhart)
Rep. Lockhart presented the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Fife moved to pass HB 176 out of committee with a favorable recommendation.
The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Knudson absent for the vote.
