             8      LONG TITLE
             9      General Description:
             10          This bill enacts provisions relating to the use of implements of husbandry.
             11      Highlighted Provisions:
             12          This bill:
             13          .    provides that counties and municipalities may not prohibit or punish the tracking of
             14      dirt, mud, or other debris onto roads resulting from the operation of implements of
             15      husbandry if the operation is consistent with accepted agricultural practices.

             25      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             26          Section 1. Section 10-8-85.7 is enacted to read:
             27          10-8-85.7. Implements of husbandry tracking debris onto municipal roads.
             28          A municipality may not prohibit or punish the tracking of dirt, mud, or other debris onto
             29      a municipal road resulting from the operation of an implement of husbandry if the operation of


             30      the implement of husbandry is consistent with accepted agricultural practices.
             31          Section 2. Section 17-50-321 is enacted to read:
             32          17-50-321. Implements of husbandry tracking debris onto county roads.
             33          A county may not prohibit or punish the tracking of dirt, mud, or other debris onto
             34      county roads resulting from the operation of an implement of husbandry if the operation of the
             35      implement of husbandry is consistent with accepted agricultural practices.
