Vice Chair Dunnigan called the meeting to order at 8:05 a.m.
MOTION: Rep. Hansen moved to approve the minutes of the January 27, 2006 meeting. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Biskupski, Rep. D. Clark, Rep. Duckworth, Rep. Morley, Rep. Oda, and Rep. Wyatt absent for the vote.
H.B. 114 Minimum Enforcement of Food Sanitation Rules (Rep. S. Clark)
