Chair S. Clark called the meeting to order at 2:14 p.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Frank moved to approve the minutes of the February 6, 2006 meeting. The motion pass unanimously, with Rep. Adams, Rep. Duckworth, Rep. Hansen, Rep. Kiser, Rep. Morley and Rep. Wyatt absent for the vote.

H.B. 156    Health Insurance Accessibility (Rep. J. Dunnigan)

Rep. Dunnigan introduced the bill and the substitute to the committee. (handout)

MOTION:    Rep. Frank moved to delete in title and body H.B. 156 and replace it with 1st Substitute H.B. 156. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Adams, Rep. Duckworth, Rep. Hansen, Rep. Kiser, Rep. Morley and Rep. Wyatt absent for the vote.
