MOTION: Rep. Buxton moved to approve the minutes of the January 19, 2006 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Menlove absent for the vote.
H.B. 89 Adoption and Vital Statistics Amendments (Rep. K. Holdaway)
Rep. Holdaway introduced H.B. 89 and explained it to the committee.

MOTION: Rep. Jones moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Menlove absent for the vote.
H.B. 263 Child Care Revisions (Rep. D. G. Buxton)
Rep. Buxton introduced H.B. 263 and explained it to the committee, assisted by Jamie Momberger, Utah Child Care Association. Teresa Whiting, Bureau of Child Care Licensing, responded to questions of committee members.
