H.B. 461 Veterans Nursing Home - Extension Bond Authorization (Rep. A. Hardy)
Rep. Hardy introduced H.B. 461 and explained it to the committee.

MOTION: Rep. Mascaro moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION: Rep. Ray moved to amend the bill as follows:
1. Page 7, Lines 204 through 209 :
204 (b) "Search and rescue dog" means a dog:

with documented training
to locate persons who are:
206 (A) lost, missing, or injured; or
207 (B) trapped under debris as the result of a natural or man-made event; and
208 (ii)

certified by the National Association for Search and Rescue or a similar
nationally

affiliated with an established search and rescue dog
organization.
