MOTION: Rep. Mascaro moved to amend the bill as follows:
Page 2, Line 37: After "Child Welfare Legislative Oversight Panel" delete "shall" and insert "may"
The motion to amend the bill failed with Rep. Mascaro and Rep. Litvack voting in favor of the motion. Rep. Menlove, Rep. Ray, and Rep. Last voted in opposition to the motion.
MOTION: Rep. Ray moved to pass H.B. 433 out favorably. The motion passed with Rep. Mascaro voting in opposition to the motion.
MOTION: Rep. Ray moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
