H.B. 56 Sex Offender Registration Amendments (Rep. M. S. Lawrence)
Rep. Lawrence introduced the bill assisted by Dan Mulvanato, Director, Juvenile Justice System.
MOTION: Rep. Jones moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Christensen and Rep. Urquhart absent for the vote.
H.B. 60 Controlled Substance Amendments (Rep. C. Oda)
Rep. Oda presented the bill with the assistance of Kris Leonard, Attorney General's Office.
