Rep. Bowman called the meeting to order at 8:12 a.m.

H.B. 421    Tampering with Evidence - Amendments (Rep. P. Wallace)

Rep. Wallace introduced the bill.

MOTION:    Rep. Kiser moved to proceed to the next item on the agenda. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Ray absent for the vote.

MOTION:    Rep. Morley moved to approve the minutes of February 10, 2006. The motion passed unanimously.

H.B. 174    Guardian Ad Litem Amendments (Rep. L. Christensen)

MOTION:    Rep. Christensen moved to replace H.B. 174 with 1st Substitute H.B. 174. The

motion passed unanimously.

Sen. Bell explained the bill with the assistance of Mr. Mel Wilson, Davis Co. Attorney.

MOTION:    Rep. Ray moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Christensen absent for the vote.

MOTION:    Rep. Morley moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Christensen absent for the vote.
