Rep. Bowman called the meeting to order at 8:05 a.m.
MOTION: Rep. Oda moved to approve the minutes of February 16, 2006. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Bourdeaux, Rep. Kiser, Rep. Ray, and Rep. Morley absent for the vote.
