Rep. Lawrence called the meeting to order at 4:25 p.m.
MOTION: Rep. Menlove moved to approve the minutes of February 9, 2006. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Becker, Rep. Fisher, Rep. King, and Rep. Shurtliff absent for the vote.

MOTION: Rep. Gibson moved that the Committee recommend 1st Sub. S.B. 183 favorably. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Becker, Rep. Buxton, and Rep. Shurtliff absent for the vote.
