Representative Hunsaker called the meeting to order at 9:20 a.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Noel moved to approve the minutes of January 27, 2006. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Daw, Rep. Ferry, Rep. Fowlke, and Rep. Tilton absent for the vote.

S.B. 111    Water Conservancy District Amendments (Sen. T. Hatch)

Sen. Hatch introduced the bill with the assistance of Fred W. Finlinson, Attorney, representing Central Iron County Water Conservancy District.

MOTION:    Rep. Wheeler moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:    Rep. Noel moved to place S.B. 111 on the Consent Calendar. The motion failed with Rep. Fowlke voting in the opposition.

MOTION:    Rep. Wiley moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously. Rep. Hunsaker adjourned the meeting at 9:50 a.m..
