Representative Hunsaker called the meeting to order at 2:35 p.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Noel moved to approve the minutes of January 31, 2006.
        The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Fowlke, Rep. Ure, and Rep. Wheeler         absent for the vote.

MOTION:    Rep. Allen moved to approve the minutes of February 6, 2006. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Fowlke, Rep. Ure, and Rep. Wheeler absent for the vote.

H.B. 335    Radiation Control Act - Bond Requirements (Rep. A. Tilton)

Rep. Tilton addressed H.B. 335. The following is a continuation of testimony which began February 6, 2006.

MOTION:        Rep. Noel moved to pass the bill out favorably.

SUBSTITUTE
MOTION:        Rep. Allen moved to hold the bill. The motion failed, with Rep. Fisher,             Rep. Fowlke, and Rep. Allen voting in favor.

The original motion to pass the bill out favorably passed, with Rep. Fisher, Rep. Fowlke, and Rep. Allen voting in opposition.

MOTION:    Rep. Daw moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.

Rep. Hunsaker adjourned the meeting at 3:55 p.m.
