Rep. Gowans explained the bill assisted by Glade M. Sowards, Energy Program Coordinator, Division of Air Quality, and Dianne R. Nielson, Executive Director, Department of Environmental Quality.
MOTION: Rep. Cosgrove moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Alexander and Rep. Morgan absent for the vote.
MOTION: Rep. Dougall moved to approve the minutes of the January 25, 2006 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Alexander and Rep. Morgan absent for the vote.
