Rep. Cox called the meeting to order at 2:10 p.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Mascaro moved to amend the minutes of January 17, 2006, to indicate the excused absences of Rep. Cox and Rep. J. M. Fisher. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Morgan absent for the vote.

S.B. 21    Employment Security Amendments (Sen. J. Hickman)

Mr. Bill Starks, Director, Workforce Services, introduced the bill. Sen. Hickman provided assistance.

MOTION:    Rep. Mascaro moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

S.B. 23    Office of Museum Services (Sen. P. Arent)

Rep. Wallace introduced the bill. Sen. Arent provided assistance.

MOTION:    Rep. Wallace moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:    Rep. Morgan moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Mascaro absent. Rep. Cox adjourned the meeting at 3:25 p.m.
