Rep. Mascaro called the meeting to order at 4:22 p.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Walker moved to approve the minutes of February 13, 2006. The motion passed unanimously.

H.B. 458    Economic Development - Government Procurement Contracts (Rep. J. S. Adams)

Rep. J. S. Adams introduced the bill with the assistance of Mr. Martin Frey, Managing Director, Governor's Office of Economic Development.

MOTION:    Rep. Barrus moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:    Rep. Walker moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously. Rep. Mascaro adjourned the meeting at 4:34 p.m.
