MOTION: Sen. Christensen moved to approve the minutes of the February 16, 2006 meeting.

1. S.B. 0260 Capitol Preservation Board Revisions (B. Evans)
Sen. Evans explained the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Hickman moved to pass the bill out favorably.
The motion passed unanimously.
2. H.B. 0348 Election Code - Electronic Voting Procedures and Requirements
(D. Aagard)
Rep. Aagard explained that the bill was amended in the House. He requested the committee adopt the bill as amended.
MOTION: Sen. Christensen moved to adopt the amendments to the bill.
The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION: Sen. Christensen moved to pass the bill as amended out favorably.
