1. Approval of Minutes
MOTION: Sen. Hatch moved to approve the minutes of January 27, 2006. The motion passed unanimously.
2. S.B. 177 Water Right Application Amendment (Sen. T. Hatch)
Sen. Thomas Hatch introduced the bill.
MOTION: Sen. McCoy moved to pass S.B. 177, Water Right Application Amendment, out favorably.
The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Sen. Peterson moved to adjourn.
The motion passed unanimously.
Chair Waddoups adjourned the meeting at 9:49 a.m.
